SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery within New Zealand
We use NZ Post for deliveries or 'Trade Me' with their courier service.
We try to dispatch your order the same or next day after receiving it. It normally take approx 2-7 days to arrive.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.
We suggest you allow 1-2 extra days for rural delivery.
In the event of non-delivery within this time frame please contact us so that we can track and trace your order.

International Delivery
Any International Craft orders are posted Air International using New Zealand Post’s International Air Service.
Delivery to most countries by Airmail will take between 1 to 2 weeks.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
D'Lyell Bears will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs may be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.
We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world and all bears will be well packed with lots of love and care! However, we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Returns within New Zealand
We are proud of our designs which have been carefully hand crafted by us. However should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, or if you receive damaged or defective items, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment is by way of VISA, Mastercard, Paypal or Bank Transfer into our account only.
Once funds have been received and cleared, we will send your items to your nominated postal address.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. We normally try to get your order posted to you the same or next day. NZ Post usually takes between 2-7 days within New Zealand. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly.
Please note while we are away at shows orders will be delayed until our return. We will contact you by email if this is the case.
